With over four decades of dedication to education, Dr. A Rajavardhana Reddy leads SES group of institutions with a unique blend of experience, compassion, and a commitment to holistic growth. He began his career in teaching and quickly rose through a leadership and an award-winning educator.
Dr. Rajavardhan Reddy’s vision is clear – “Education should empower children not just with knowledge but with resilience, empathy, and a lifelong love for learning.” Under his leadership, Joy School strives to create an environment where students are supported in all aspects of their development—academically, socially, and emotionally—making learning a truly transformative experience.

An MBA from Institute of public enterprise and Ex-Oracle A. Chandrahasa Reddy, leads Joy school with a vision to create school that provide highly engaging and deeply personalized learning experiences to children. He is driven to apply innovative ideas and technology to make education more meaningful and relevant to the dynamically changing 21st century world. He believes that early years are the most important time to provide young learners with meaningful opportunities to develop skills for lifelong success. He believes in nurturing each child’s unique strengths and instilling universal values that prepare them for both academic success and personal growth.

Rajani is an educator at heart and deeply passionate about reimagining how children learn. As a pre-primary co-ordinator, she nurtures young learners by guiding teachers, planning age-appropriate programs, and ensuring a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment. She oversees curriculum implementation, supports classroom practices, coordinates activities, and works closely with parents to ensure each child’s holistic growth—academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. Her journey with Joy is fueled by her hope to grow both personally and professionally, and she finds joy in witnessing the unique ways people evolve.

Nirmala is an adaptive individual and an ever-ready learner. She has always been natural with children, a quality that led her to pursue teaching. As a primary co-ordinator, she leads learning with vision and care, ensuring that academics evolve with purpose and relevance. She mentors teachers, strengthens classroom practices, and promotes thoughtful, child-centred learning experiences that build strong foundations, critical thinking, and a love for learning in every student. She believes that education is the most powerful tool for change. She values the curious perspectives of her students, learning alongside them in every lesson.
