With a variety of outdoor sports options, Joy encourages physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline. These facilities provide students with ample opportunities to stay active, develop sportsmanship, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.T he play ground is situated 1000 meters away from the school campus. To ensure safety and comfort, children are taken to the ground by the school bus once a week under staff supervision.

At Joy, we believe that education is a collaborative journey, and the involvement of parents plays a crucial role in a child’s success. Our approach to building parent-school partnerships is rooted in open communication, trust, and shared responsibility. We actively encourage parents to participate in their child’s educational journey, fostering a strong sense of community and support around every student.
To facilitate this partnership, we use the parent communication protocol, a dedicated app and WhatsApp groups that ensures seamless communication between the school, teachers, and parents. Through this platform, parents can stay updated on their child’s academic progress, attendance, assignments, and school events, making it easier to stay involved in daily school activities.
We also host a variety of events and workshops throughout the year designed specifically for parents. These events range from informative workshops on child development, to interactive sessions that allow parents to engage with teachers and other parents.
Safety and Security
We employ a comprehensive approach to ensure the safety of every child on campus. With CCTV cameras placed strategically throughout the school and access control at all entry and exit points, we monitor the movement of staff, students, and visitors. Our dedicated vigilance officers, trained in safety protocols, and staff undergo background screening and receive continuous safety training. Our real-time visitor management system ensures a seamless and secure check-in process for visitors, adding another layer of protection to the school’s safety infrastructure.
We maintain strict policies regarding child safety, including anti-bullying measures and safeguards against physical, emotional, or sexual abuse. Our safety model follows the prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery (PPRR) approach, which enables our administration to swiftly address any potential risks and maintain a safe learning environment.
Transport
Recognizing the importance of safe transportation, Joy offers a secure school bus service with real-time bus tracking. Our buses are designed to meet safety standards and are manned by well-trained drivers and staff, all of whom are trained in first aid and emergency management. Each bus is equipped with mobile communication to ensure efficient service and immediate response in case of emergencies, offering parents peace of mind during their child’s commute.
