About Joy
Joy School has been educating changemakers since 2018, with a progressive, research-based curriculum for Toddlers to Grade 5. Through individualized pathways, we support our graduates to ‘thrive with purpose’ in this ever-evolving world.
We foster holistic development — physical, social-emotional, language, cognitive, creative, and cultural — through thematic learning journeys, proficiency development (language and numbers), and experiential explorations (arts and projects).
Each activity is thoughtfully crafted to align with the developmental needs and interests of the children, fostering their natural instincts to learn and grow. In our classrooms, you’ll find children collaborating, experimenting, and problem-solving in ways that reflect their innate abilities and interests. Our trained educators serve as guides, facilitating exploration and encouraging children to delve deeper into their passions.
This framework focuses on the four essential literacies in development: Belonging, Growing, Discovering, and Communicating. These guide how we design learning experiences that support each child’s development, helping them feel connected, curious, expressive, and rooted in a sense of self and community.
Vision
To nurture mindful, empathetic, and globally aware individuals who are equipped to thrive and lead in an ever-changing, interconnected world.

Our mission is to promote independent critical-thinking learners who are deeply engaged with the community around them through authentic, real-world experiences, thereby creating globally and socially responsible citizens with strong values and the right skills to proceed in the world of the future.
